When will EH release its financial results?
Before the U.S. market opens on Friday, December 2, 2022, EHang (EH) said that it will reveal its unaudited financial results for the third quarter that ended September 30, 2022. The management team of EHang will have an earnings conference call on Friday, December 2, 2022, at 8:00 AM U.S. Eastern Time (9:00 PM, Beijing/Hong Kong Time).
EH signed a contract for cooperation:
EHang recently agreed to a memorandum of understanding with Hong Kong Aviation Engineering Company Limited (“HAECO Group”), a Swire Group affiliate and a top-tier provider of aircraft engineering and maintenance services. The two parties want to work together on a variety of projects, including talent development, digital platforms, aircraft maintenance, manufacture and assembly, and continuous airworthiness. In order to prepare for the commercial operation of EH216-S, EH’s passenger-grade autonomous aerial vehicle, the focus is on co-developing technologies and solutions that address the demands of ongoing airworthiness and after-sales maintenance services.
The aviation industry’s advanced air mobility market is a burgeoning new area, and HAECO will participate in and help develop it with EHang. With more than 70 years in the business and a broad spectrum of aviation goods and services, HAECO is in a good position to assist EHang and work together to build the systems, norms, and services necessary for advanced air mobility.
What motivated the EH to form that alliance?
The partnership is a crucial step that EHang (EH) has taken toward achieving its strategic goal of becoming a platform operator for urban air mobility (“UAM”), and it will encourage the developing global UAM industry to investigate more thorough, effective, and sustainable operating service mechanisms and ecosystem. In order to provide our customers with higher quality and more efficient services around the world and to facilitate the continued airworthiness of EH216-S AAV after it has completed its airworthiness certification, EHang will also be collaborating with HAECO Group, a partner with strong Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (“MRO”) strength in the global aviation industry.
